About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key partners and stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and business development progress.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with key partners and stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and business development progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications: None required, but preferred certifications include CRM, sales strategy, or business development.
Salary Information

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
