Revenue Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management Director to lead our revenue operations for multi-property timeshare resorts based out of Las Vegas. As a key member of our team, you will maintain a cohesive and analytical Revenue Management culture, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that optimizes the revenue potential of our assets.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing and Inventory Maximization: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenues.
- Forecasting Rental Revenues: Conduct regular analysis of rate strategies and tactics to inform future decision-making.
- Optimize all Distribution Channels: Collaborate with Distribution and Digital teams to increase production from Vacatia.com and optimize 3rd party revenue systems.
- Profit-led revenue strategies: Drive operational excellence for the RM discipline through best-in-class standards and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Finance required; preferably with 7 years' experience in hospitality revenue management.
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas market On-strip and off-strip demand generators.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
