Job Summary:

As an Employee Experience Coordinator at Foxen Administration, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and productive work environment. This position involves managing the daily activities of the office, ensuring seamless communication with external clients and office guests, and providing administrative support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, handling office visitors, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain the appearance of common areas, organize procedures, handle correspondence, and manage supplies and equipment inventory to ensure office efficiency.
• Initiate office facility repair requests with outside vendors and follow up until completion.
• Manage office contracts, including Amazon Prime, Shred It, Cintas, and other essential services.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company social and professional events, promoting a positive work environment.
• Support employee experience initiatives, such as wellness and recognition programs, to foster a culture of engagement and appreciation.
• Provide administrative support to internal departments, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and mailing/shipping packages as needed.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating desk space, materials, and schedules.
• Manage office space planning, including moves, adds, and changes to workstations, and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested.
• Effectively communicate office announcements and changes to relevant parties.
• Monitor visitor access, maintain the company's key fob system, and promote security awareness.
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, designing and implementing new systems as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, People Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a corporate office environment is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
