Job Title: Office Administrator

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and prepare travel documents, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
