About the Role

Axia Women's Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, manage patient flow, and direct them to the appropriate areas.
  • Registration and Scheduling: Perform registration functions, schedule patient appointments, and finalize patient schedules.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and communicate with patients and medical staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect and record copays, explain financial requirements to patients, and maintain accurate records.
  • Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and medical staff.
