**Requirements for Success:**

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within the first two years.

• Insurance and/or claims background preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues.

• Basic mathematical skills to perform transactions and calculations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
