• Collaborate with agents and other departments to provide sales and marketing support, and assist with office operations such as scheduling appointments, quoting insurance, and answering customer inquiries.
• Determine the best course of action to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
• Work with guidance to organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
**Requirements for Success:**
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within the first two years.
• Insurance and/or claims background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform transactions and calculations.
