Job Overview

The Administrative Client Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Administration Department at Advanced Medical Manage. This dynamic position requires energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering 5-star quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries, problems, and complaints from providers, members, agents, or health plans.
  • Prepare and post client reports as scheduled or on demand.
  • Work on projects assigned by the Director of Administration, including research, data analysis, marketing materials, and other informational items.
  • Assist in planning meetings and events, including travel arrangements for company executives.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum two years' experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with business operations, ability to multitask, and complete tasks within time constraints.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on qualifications and location.
