Vaco is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and team, including managing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

Job Description:

This is a long-term temporary role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing expense reporting, IT requests, office supplies, and equipment management, along with other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Data Management: Deliver administrative support to management and team, including compiling and analyzing sales data, market trends, and forecasts.
  • Expense Reporting: Manage expense reporting, IT requests, and office supply inventory.
  • Presentation Creation: Assist in creating presentations and managing social media content calendars.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $21-25 per hour, considering factors such as skill sets, experience, location, and business needs.
