Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Partners Personnel.

This role offers a 4/10 work schedule, providing a great work-life balance with three days off each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Organize schedules, manage correspondence, and assist with various office tasks such as billing, printing orders, and scheduling carrier pickups.
  • Update customer web portal and internal computer system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

An estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
