About the Role

WOTM - Partners Professional is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Management: Answering and transferring calls, or taking messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Filing and Organization: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by filing documents and organizing paper and electronic files
  • Scheduling and Meeting Coordination: Scheduling appointments and setting up meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Greeting and Visitor Management: Greeting visitors and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Data Entry and Management: Collecting information and performing data entry to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Document and Confidentiality Management: Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring all documents are handled and stored securely
  • Accounting and Financial Support: Processing invoices and assisting with payroll-related tasks
  • Supply Chain Management: Ordering supplies and materials as needed to maintain an efficient office environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook to ensure seamless communication and task management

$20-$22 per hour, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
