Job Description

Position: HR Generalist

Company: Wisdom InfoTech

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Human Resources functions, particularly within the Cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks including the organization and preparation of documentation for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Effectively communicate and interpret company policies to all employees, including full-time staff, interns, and temporary workers.
  • Conduct internal investigations regarding employee concerns, such as wage disputes and workplace environment issues.
  • Facilitate exit interviews, ensuring sensitive matters are handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, collecting detailed information for HR management.
  • Provide coaching to both management and employees on policies, conflict resolution, and change management to foster a fair workplace.
  • Administer leave of absence requests, including maternity, paternity, short-term disability, and FMLA.
  • Enhance employee relations by organizing and supporting team-building events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by HR and Cybersecurity management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, particularly in Employee Relations.
  • Proficient in managing and investigating leave of absence cases.
  • Knowledgeable about short-term and long-term disability policies, as well as FMLA regulations.
  • Familiar with labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in ensuring adherence to company policies, including those related to paid time off.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation capabilities.
