Job Overview

The HR Manager at Nuvem will be instrumental in executing essential HR function processes, encompassing areas such as compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, training, and HR analytics. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to management, guiding them through organizational and personnel-related challenges. Hybrid Role - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective implementation of HR programs and services, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR analytics.
  • Engage in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Support the growth of the HR function by developing processes, templates, and tools that enhance the employee experience.
  • Utilize metrics to assess HR data and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on talent acquisition, HR operations, and onboarding activities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of senior HR experience as a Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Preferred certifications include SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HR areas such as compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity is advantageous.
