Job Overview

This role is pivotal in executing essential HR function processes, encompassing areas such as compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, training, and HR analytics. The position involves advising and supporting management on strategic matters while assisting in navigating organizational and personnel-related challenges. Hybrid Role - 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the effective delivery of HR programs and services, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR analytics.
  • Engage in organization-wide initiatives and projects as required.
  • Contribute to the scaling of the HR function as the organization expands. Create processes, templates, and tools to enhance the employee experience.
  • Utilize metrics to assess HR data and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on talent acquisition, HR operations, and onboarding activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of senior HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR business partner.
  • Certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in all HR domains, including compensation, benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Paylocity is advantageous.
