Position Overview

The HR Manager at Nuvem will be instrumental in implementing various essential HR function processes, encompassing areas such as compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, training, and HR analytics. This role serves as a strategic advisor to management, guiding them through organizational and personnel-related challenges. Hybrid Work Model - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective execution of HR programs and services, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR analytics.
  • Engage in company-wide initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Assist in scaling the HR function during periods of growth by developing processes, templates, and tools to enhance the employee experience.
  • Utilize metrics to assess HR data and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on talent acquisition, HR operations, and onboarding processes.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of senior HR experience, either as an HR Generalist or HR business partner.
  • Certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in all HR domains, including compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity is a significant advantage.
