Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will lead market development activities with architects, designers, engineers, and owners. This role is responsible for promoting insulated panels to architectural firms, engineering firms, design build firms, and targeted owners/developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and create targeted activities to align efforts with growth initiatives.
  • Develop basis of design specifications through travel within assigned geographic markets.
  • Provide follow-up on all leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Support pipeline management activities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service through professional and responsive communication.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional sales role with experience in architecture, engineering, or design.
  • Understanding of the sales and specification processes.
  • Ability to drive opportunities through the sales pipeline from early inception to close.
  • Knowledge of the construction process, practices, procedures, and documents.
