The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to lead the pipeline generation function at Parabola. This critical role will drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our business development efforts. As a key member of our revenue team, you'll have the support and autonomy to create a best-in-class pipeline team.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute a pipeline generation motion and team from the ground up, leveraging our tech investments to drive success.
- Stay ahead of the market, identifying innovative solutions and technologies to generate consistent pipeline within our target market.
- Develop and implement a high-performing, human, and creative culture within the pipeline generation team.
- Balance strategy and execution, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and results.
- Own and manage tracking and analysis of campaign, sequence, and pipeline generation efficacy to inform strategic planning.
- Design and implement scaled, signal-based outbound sales plays in both 1-to-1 and 1-to-many contexts.
- Partner with marketing, product, and revenue teams to roll out broader campaigns and tactics to capture opportunities and assess our ability to help.
- Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, feedback, and growth opportunities to the team.
- 3-6 years of business development management experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies with a track record of delivering on concrete pipeline goals and managing high-performing BDR/SDR teams.
- Tremendous grasp of the GTM tech stack and a passion for incorporating emerging technology.
- Student of the game, passionate about staying on the cutting edge of industry trends, technology, and AI.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a broad range of clients, prospects, and colleagues.
- Deep ownership mindset, with a willingness to run to the fire and solve hard problems.
OTE Range: $175,000-$220,000. Our base salary is one component of Parabola's competitive total package, which also includes equity and premium health and wellness benefits.
