We are seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to join our team at Runyon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that drives growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other means
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at F500 organizations
- Craft and present compelling proposals to secure new business
- Collaborate with our design team to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in business development and relationship development within a creative firm
- Strong track record of bringing in new business and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to persuasively present and defend strategic thinking and synthesis
- Experience developing and honing creative strategies to yield promising and relevant engagements
