Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies and tactics to enable the team to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets by attracting and closing deals with new sponsors and exhibitors.

Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams, are essential. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage Salesforce data for strategic decision-making, are also required. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments, are necessary. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions is a must.
