The Team

Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the first point of contact for potential customers. We're looking for a seasoned leader to build and grow our Business Development team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Business Development leader to build our top-of-funnel business development engine. You'll operate in a greenfield environment, where you'll define and drive growth through innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a high-performing Business Development team, focusing on targeted recruitment, comprehensive training, and ongoing development.
  • Lead the team to exceed sales qualified opportunity targets, tracking KPIs and providing feedback to ensure team success aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales campaigns, including multi-channel prospecting techniques.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience building and managing BDR teams, with a proven track record of success in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and proficiency in systems and analytics.
  • Ability to understand which inputs matter in creating outputs and replicate successful models.
What We Offer:
