About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at PayScale. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the enterprise market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the enterprise market.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
