Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales to enterprise-level commercial clients, focusing on substantial business customers for internet and telephone services. The Enterprise Account Executive will actively seek new sales opportunities, assess customer needs, prepare tailored proposals, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive sales initiatives, including outreach through cold-calling and direct visits, comprehensive needs assessments, proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-sales support.
  • Negotiate contracts with key telecommunications decision-makers to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
  • Oversee installation projects in collaboration with various teams to ensure timely delivery, successful implementation, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding information, support, assistance, joint proposals, and pricing.
  • Respond to demand sales requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales/service team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user clients, including strategic large businesses and government accounts, utilizing relationship management and systems sales methodologies.
  • Capability to engage and sell to C-level executives within organizations.
  • Experience in systems selling, consultative sales techniques, customer needs analysis, and service improvement planning.
  • Technical expertise related to network and transmission design and local access services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both switched and dedicated services, along with associated end-user and carrier applications.
  • Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes.
  • Familiarity with general marketing principles, tools, and processes.
  • Strong decision-making skills and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in building a robust business portfolio.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
