Sales at Nutanix

Our enterprise sales division at Nutanix is expanding. We are a passionate and motivated group of sales professionals collaborating with Channel Partners and Systems Engineers, eager to transform the data center landscape. We are looking to onboard additional top performers who can simplify and enhance a complex world. Your earning potential is limitless, as we do not impose caps on your commissions.

Your Role

Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the technical specifications necessary to effectively market Nutanix products and services to large enterprise and global accounts. Demonstrate an aptitude for grasping how technology solutions address business challenges and understanding the competitive landscape. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions, including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development. Employ targeted account selling, solution-oriented selling, and consultative sales methodologies. Utilize SFDC and showcase strong verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills. Clearly articulate the Nutanix value proposition, product features, messaging, and positioning.

What You Will Bring

Proven experience in outside software sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding quotas. A consistent record of surpassing assigned sales targets over multiple years. In-depth understanding of financial enterprise and global accounts, and how the pursuit of simplicity, cloud-first strategies, and cost efficiencies can foster positive relationships and drive significant sales success. An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, collaboration, and teamwork. Strong capability to develop new accounts and penetrate additional divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts. Highly organized, with extensive knowledge of account planning and strategic initiatives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
