Position Overview:

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This position is crucial for ensuring our operations function smoothly, providing support to both executives and project managers as we continue to execute high-value projects throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and project teams, including scheduling, calendar management, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage office supply inventory, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure efficient daily office operations.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately manage and update data, maintaining thorough records and databases.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with precision.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant role, ideally supporting senior executives in a technical or project management environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable adapting to new technologies and software.
  • Typing Speed: At least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative and independent work approach.
