Stanbridge University is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Enrollment Services Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will assist prospective students throughout the enrollment journey. Acting as the primary point of contact for those interested in our programs, you will provide them with accurate information and address any inquiries they may have.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all inquiries via phone, online, and in-person in a timely and effective manner.
  • Establish rapport with prospective students during interactions by sharing program details, asking pertinent questions, and arranging in-person meetings.
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere during interviews by delivering comprehensive information about our offerings and the enrollment process in accordance with university guidelines.
  • Provide precise information regarding program specifics, duration, academic requirements, university policies, and career prospects post-graduation.
  • Distribute up-to-date promotional materials to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
  • Communicate university achievements and student success stories from verified sources.
  • Assess the educational and professional backgrounds of potential students to determine program fit.
  • Share examination results with prospective students and assist with rescheduling as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various university departments, including financial aid, student services, and academic programs.
  • Document data on leads, communications, appointments, enrollments, and other relevant metrics.
  • Utilize available resources such as databases, phone systems, software, and printed materials effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Admissions Director for process improvements.
  • Set and achieve performance goals to fulfill customer service and enrollment targets.
  • Participate in university events and meetings as required.
  • Foster a respectful, integrity-driven, and collaborative learning environment.
  • Comply with university policies and accreditation standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all university stakeholders.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the university's leadership.
  • Maintain performance metrics through regular evaluations.
  • Work towards both professional and departmental goals.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in admissions or customer relations.
  • Knowledge of higher education standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in a diverse environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • Compensation: $25-$30/hr, based on qualifications and experience.
Work Environment:
  • This position is primarily office-based or classroom-oriented.
  • Physical requirements include being present in the office and accommodating disabilities.
  • A background check and employment verification are required.
  • The role may involve laboratory or clinical settings.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform assigned duties effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment.
