Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at Bartenders Academy LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including developing and implementing organized filing systems, drafting correspondences and other formal documents, and planning and scheduling appointments and events.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite guests, answer inbound telephone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll: Assist our Bookkeeper with various tasks, including running payroll and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks: Run local errands, perform other office tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office operations.
Requirements
  • Time Management: Be punctual and reliable, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Administrative Experience: Possess previous experience in office administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
