Key Responsibilities for Legal Administrative Coordinator:
• Provide essential administrative and document management support to legal professionals
• Assist attorneys in managing and facilitating daily operations
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Manage administrative tasks including travel planning, deadline scheduling, deposition organization, meeting arrangements, client interactions, expense tracking, and timekeeping
• Respond to attorneys' private phone lines, taking messages or providing information as necessary
• Open and close files as required, ensuring timely filing of legal and administrative documents
• Support additional projects as needed

Qualifications for Legal Administrative Coordinator:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in a law firm
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and think critically under pressure
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Capable of working effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staff
