Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Consumer Product Testing Company, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain study folders and associated reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform data entry into Excel and other formats as directed by the supervisor.
  • Provide secondary coverage of the reception area, including shipping and receiving, and catering for staff and clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • AAS in Business Management or applicable certifications (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of clerical experience in an office environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and DocuSign, with formatting functions.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and phone reception, as well as knowledge of office equipment and shipping software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills in Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to work independently and with other team members.
