Position: Medical Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary by 30 minutes)
Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour (dependent on experience); $24 per hour requires 3+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate patient appointment scheduling
  • Confirm appointments with patients
  • Update and maintain patient insurance and demographic records
  • Perform data entry tasks using EPIC software
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly Epic, is preferred
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening

Training:
All candidates will be required to complete a two-day training program.
