  • Office Maintenance: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage various documents, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence, while maintaining company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, invoice processing, and provide administrative support for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
