Job Title: Business Development Manager

At TriSearch, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Greenville, SC area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate New Business: Engage in cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings to expand your sales pipeline.
  • Build Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with current clients through regular check-ins and consultative account management.
  • Market Knowledge: Gain an understanding of the local market, with a focus on logistics and manufacturing.
  • CRM Management: Document all sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Territory Coverage: Focus on the Greenville, SC area.
  • Team Involvement: Participate in whiteboard meetings and other team activities at least 3-4 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Staffing industry experience is a big plus.
  • Strong outside sales experience and demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Valid drivers license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking sales activities.
Compensation & Incentives:
  • Base salary: $65K depending on experience.
  • Incentive plan: Potential to earn significant commissions based on gross profit (GP) generated from new accounts 6.5% GP for new accounts up to 18 months.
Work Environment & Travel:
  • In-person role: This position is not remote. BDMs are expected to be in the office or in the field meeting clients.
  • Travel: 30-50% travel within the Greenville, SC area.
