Business Development Representative

We're seeking a skilled Growth Specialist to drive business development and sales initiatives. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship-building, and outreach to maintain momentum in our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify new business prospects.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current and potential clients through regular touchpoints.
- Manage outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate meetings and move sales opportunities forward.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop tailored outreach strategies for each stage of the sales funnel.
- Track and manage leads, contacts, and opportunities using our CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Support the development of new business strategies, including market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or relationship-building role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
- Experience working with CRM systems and a basic understanding of sales pipelines.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a passion for growth, learning, and teamwork.
