Key responsibilities of the Business Manager III role include:

* Act as the primary contact for client questions, issues, and feedback, providing premier service and support
* Facilitate business review meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients
* Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating forecasting and demand planning for client prioritization
* Build and maintain billing plans and schedules for service revenue, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve significant client issues, protecting company and client interests
* Serve as the client site representative, ensuring the best-in-class service for clients
* Input accurate demand forecasts into the Site & Operation (S&OP) cycle, analyzing monthly revenue forecasts
* Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, provide supplementary services, and handle annual contract pricing
* Facilitate project closure and launch reviews, ensuring detailed execution
* Identify new sales and portfolio expansion opportunities within site processes
