Job Description

The Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for Zenith Real Estate LLC. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales and business development skills while contributing to the company's client base expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Contact Acquisition: Utilize various channels, including online research, data service providers, and public records to identify potential clients and obtain accurate contact information for key decision-makers.
  • Analysis and Qualification: Review and analyze leads within the database to determine whether the prospective client is truly the decision-maker for a property or deal.
  • Prospecting: Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, and other platforms to introduce the company's services and assess client needs.
  • Pitching: Understand the firm's business offerings and articulate them in a timely and professional manner to potential clients.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of interactions with leads and update CRM systems with relevant information to track progress and measure success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the transaction process.
  • Team Communication: Meet with management to discuss strategies, KPIs, quotas, and updates on deals and contacts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance knowledge and adapt strategies accordingly.

Additional Job Functions:

  • Utilize various computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
