Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Business Manager to join our team at ScanSource. This is a key role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for assigned supplier lines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide regular business reviews and updates to management and supplier partners.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business software.
- Preferred: experience in product management, sales, or a related field.
