Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration among teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution, confirming resource availability and allocation.
  • Assist in defining project objectives and scope, engaging all pertinent stakeholders while ensuring technical viability.
  • Collect and document project requirements.
  • Guarantee timely project delivery, adhering to budgetary constraints and adjusting project parameters based on financial assessments.
  • Create detailed project plans to monitor and evaluate progress, managing alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs through suitable verification methods.
  • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. Assess project performance utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Enhance project-related processes and documentation.
  • Compile executive summaries and presentations, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project or program management, including experience in defining new programs or relevant business roles.
  • Proficient in identifying and managing critical project paths.
  • Experience in marketing disciplines, including promotional, content, brand, digital, social media, email, and event management.
  • Familiarity with program structuring and work planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of business analytics to establish KPIs for performance measurement using tools like Tableau.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a matrix environment, motivating project teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Focus on delivering business value results rather than merely solutions.
  • Ability to manage scope changes and issue resolution with all stakeholders, influencing peers and enterprise-wide stakeholders.
  • Skilled in liaising between project teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Competent in monitoring and reporting project status to senior leadership.
  • Willingness to perform sedentary tasks for extended periods.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
