Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour

Role Summary:

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Support Manager and COO to ensure comprehensive support for executives and the organization.
  • Key responsibilities include managing the executive's schedule and calendar, which encompasses meetings, telepresence, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements.
    Must have proficiency in JIRA.
  • Competence in SQL, with a preference for Oracle SQL.
  • Understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience in working with distributed teams (e.g., onshore/offshore collaboration) is advantageous.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in administrative support or project management roles.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong capacity to prioritize daily tasks alongside project responsibilities and ad hoc requests.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the necessary technology to facilitate meetings and share documents with senior leadership and support partners (e.g., Telepresence, WebEx, SharePoint).

This position is open to candidates willing to relocate.
