Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project or program management, including experience in defining new programs or relevant business experience.
  • Proficient in identifying and managing critical paths in projects.
  • Strong marketing knowledge, including promotional, content, brand, digital, social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Familiarity with program structuring and work planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Understanding of business analytics to establish KPIs for performance measurement (e.g., using Tableau).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a matrix environment and motivate project teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Focus on delivering business value rather than just solutions.
  • Ability to manage scope changes and issue identification/resolution with stakeholders, influencing peers and enterprise-wide stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination between project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to senior leadership.
  • Ability to perform sedentary tasks for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, though not frequently.
