  • Capable of utilizing data-driven insights to instigate change; skilled in identifying common themes in Fraud/AML initiatives throughout the organization, pinpointing optimization and innovation opportunities, and formulating strategic plans
  • Builds robust partnerships with product owners, architects, and development leads to translate business goals into actionable strategies
  • Ability to evaluate program risks across various product teams and communicate their impact on the strategic objectives of the organization
  • Responsible for strict adherence to Scrum methodologies (including Standups, Release planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies, with substantial experience in implementing Scrum/Agile at Scale (Safe)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Directs the management, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the business
  • Strives to meet program deadlines, scope, and overall benefits, defining strategies based on business needs and expected returns on investment
  • Collaborates with customer leadership to develop effective change management and communication plans, ensuring smooth information flow and cross-collaboration
  • Implements the agile process workflow and holds team members accountable for their responsibilities and commitments
  • Proactively identifies challenges, assesses risks, and proposes mitigation strategies and solutions, driving those solutions forward. Encourages teams to take ownership and empower themselves
  • Facilitates key Agile meetings, such as Scrum workshops, to foster discussions and share best practices. Requires exceptional communication and time management skills, along with expertise in project management and collaboration
