Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Global Partners LP. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a quality buying experience for all customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Coach and direct employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Store Operations: Maintain an awareness of cleanliness both inside and outside of the store and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Implement all Company promotional initiatives and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Financial Management: Review end of day reports and make daily bank deposits by noon.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
