About the Role

The Customer Advocate is a vital position at Jobs for Humanity, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires a highly organized and energetic professional who can deliver exceptional customer experiences through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome in-shop customers and resolve their concerns efficiently, often finding creative solutions.
  • Manage incoming service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale, and same-day reschedules/cancellations.
  • Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts, and missing details.
  • Process administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, managing deleted work orders, and processing credit memos and rebills.
  • Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
  • Ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced operation.
  • Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
