**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at the New England Board of Higher Education. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and manage client orders, including payment verification and order entry
  • Perform marketing outreach to prospective clients via email and phone
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Director, including budgeting and accounting tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • Two years of college or more with familiarity with accounting and budgeting issues
  • 2-3 years customer service work experience
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail, strong initiative to learn new tasks, and strong organizational and time management skills
