Customer Relations Coordinator

Position Overview:
The New England Board of Higher Education is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide assistance through various channels, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing tasks, including verification of payments, data entry using online systems, and managing the logistics of product distribution.
- Marketing Outreach: Engage in outreach efforts to potential clients through digital communication methods, enhancing our visibility and service offerings.
- Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of client information within our web-based systems.
Administrative Duties:
- Support daily operations by managing communications, sorting correspondence, and facilitating interactions among team members.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication with various departments and external partners.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including budget tracking and procurement of necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
- Completion of at least two years of college education, with a foundational understanding of financial management.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
