Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and providing information on bank products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our bank's products and services, including deposit and loan products, to effectively recommend and promote them to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software and hardware, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 6 months of experience processing transactions, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Skills: Ability to motivate and collaborate with others, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
