As a Full Time Inventory Control Supervisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for growing families. You'll celebrate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our latest baby essentials, assist them in preparing for the first day of school, and support them through all the significant and minor milestones of their parenting journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving store performance through the organization of stockroom areas to ensure accurate and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Implementing Company processes and procedures to effectively uphold merchandising and presentation standards through reactionary merchandising.
  • Providing training in collaboration with the management team on stockroom organization and replenishment.
  • Maintaining a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and assisting with our exceptional product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Creating a positive environment for both employees and customers.
  • Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance while guiding employees when necessary.
  • Supporting the team in delivering consistent customer service by engaging talent, encouraging positive customer interactions, and driving customer engagement through loyalty and omnichannel programs.
  • Assisting the store team with Asset Protection and safety awareness within the store and stockroom.

You should be able to:

  • Lift up to 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.
  • Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
