Job Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the entire inventory process, ensuring that stock levels are maintained efficiently and accurately. This position is essential for preserving the integrity of inventory records and aligning all inventory operations with the strategic goals of Quick Holdings LLC.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties include:

  1. Overseeing the daily operations of the inventory management team.
  2. Scheduling and coordinating warehouse personnel to fulfill operational needs.
  3. Providing effective leadership and guidance to the warehouse workforce.
  4. Conducting performance evaluations and coaching for team members.
  5. Managing daily warehouse functions to optimize productivity.
  6. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring collaboration among managers.
  7. Formulating and enforcing policies that reflect the company’s vision.
  8. Assisting in the creation and execution of inventory management strategies.
  9. Establishing procedures for efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations.
  10. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate inventory and quality risks.
  11. Regularly updating and refining operational processes and policies.
  12. Monitoring the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization.
  13. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of inventory data.
  14. Guaranteeing that product availability meets production requirements.
Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in warehouse operations.

  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse personalities.
  5. Ability to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  6. Willingness to work extended hours as necessary.
  7. Adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
  8. Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  9. Ensuring a tidy work area at the end of each shift.
  10. Contributing to the safety and security of the warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in inventory control and logistics.
  3. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Proven time management skills to handle urgent issues effectively.
  6. Demonstrated work ethic and ability to function independently or as part of a team.
  7. Professional demeanor and integrity in representing the company.
  8. Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  9. Proficient in basic math and computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

This position operates within a warehouse setting characterized by:

Physical Requirements

Physical demands include:

  • Ability to see and read product information and reports.

  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 30 lbs to 50 lbs.
  • Hand dexterity for operating equipment and handling materials.
