This role involves collaborating with various departments within the company to address inventory issues and maintain accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the Cycle Count and Ghost/Damage Team to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  • Utilize software to process cycle counts and review inventory levels to identify discrepancies.
  • Organize and participate in cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Communicate with other departments to create accountability and maintain warehouse operations.
  • Adjust damaged products according to client requests and company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the team and company goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to learn and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
