Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Inventory Control Supervisor, you will serve as the initial representative of our brand for families embarking on their parenting journey. Your role will involve celebrating new parents and grandparents, guiding them through our essential products, and assisting them in preparing for significant milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance store performance by organizing stockroom areas to ensure the accurate and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Implement company protocols to uphold merchandising and presentation standards through effective reactionary merchandising.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide training on stockroom organization and replenishment processes.
- Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor, assisting customers with our diverse product offerings.
- Foster a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.
- Acknowledge and reward outstanding performance while providing constructive feedback when necessary.
- Support the team in delivering consistent customer service by engaging talent and promoting positive interactions.
- Assist with asset protection and safety awareness in both the store and stockroom.
Candidate Qualities:
- A positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and customer engagement abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A diverse skill set and experiences.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
