As a Full-Time Inventory Control Supervisor, you will represent the brand for growing families. Your responsibilities:
  • Drive store performance by organizing stockroom areas to ensure the accurate and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Utilize Company processes and procedures to effectively maintain merchandising and presentation standards through reactionary merchandising.
  • Provide training in collaboration with the management team on stockroom organization and replenishment.
  • Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and assist with our exceptional product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Foster a positive environment for both employees and customers.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance while providing constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Support the team in delivering consistent customer service by engaging talent, encouraging positive customer interactions, and driving customer engagement through loyalty and omnichannel programs.
  • Assist the store team with Asset Protection and safety awareness within the store and stockroom.

Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.
  • Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
