Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in facilitating oncology clinical trials, ensuring compliance and safety throughout the research process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in recruitment and pre-screening efforts to identify eligible patients for clinical trials, ensuring prompt follow-up on requests.
2. Collaborate with investigators and clinical staff to maintain a compliant and safe screening process, guiding patients from pre-screening to eligibility.
3. Assist in the informed consent process, providing clear information regarding study protocols and requirements.
4. Uphold institutional policies and standard operating procedures to guarantee quality research conduct.
5. Maintain tracking forms for active trials, ensuring accurate data collection and patient safety.
6. Coordinate study visits, including scheduling tests and procedures in accordance with study protocols.
7. Monitor patient adherence to study requirements and facilitate communication between patients and investigators.
8. Prepare for study visits by organizing necessary documentation and orders for biospecimen collection.
9. Conduct feasibility assessments for new protocols and support study activation processes.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess an Associate's Degree and have at least one year of experience in a healthcare-related position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to thrive in this collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certification in clinical research are advantageous. Experience in an oncology setting and familiarity with electronic health records will be beneficial.
