Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and deliver exceptional patient and caller experiences
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Coordinate patient referrals and monitor outstanding referrals
- Work autonomously to address inquiries and provide customer support
- Register new patients, confirm patient details and insurance information, and update records
- Respond to general inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and medical facilities
- Communicate professionally and effectively
- Execute tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service within the healthcare field
- Proficient with computer systems and Windows applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare service-related role
